Old counter culture superhero Trashman (along with being able to turn invisible for a few seconds by seeming to be some random trash blowing down the street, from time to time the street would talk to him and warn him or give him advice) by Spain Rodriguez.

Haven’t seen any these old Underground characters, or the artists and writers who did them for that matter, in quite a while.
